Welcome to fall, Crew!
The leaves are pretty and there is a chill in the air, although it's been pretty warm. Lucky.
We are looking forward to this weekend's meeting. It's at noon on Saturday the 8th at the Savage American Legion (12375 Princeton Ave, Savage, Minnesota 55378). There will be a Zoom component (link below) for those that can't attend. One thing missing this year is our annual awards presentation. Your captain has not been able to complete this work due to the two other events this month, so we'll have it at a later date.
We'll be celebrating Jane at 2pm on Saturday, too. We'll change up the room and set up the food after the meeting so it will be ready for our guests. I hope that you will consider saying a few words about Jane if you're comfortable doing so.
