Congratulations to our members that played TC Trek Trivia last Wednesday. Four teams tied for first place, including two with USS Nokomis members! We had to miss it this month - good job everyone!
A few fun pieces of news have hit the airwaves recently. First, the new Star Trek movie is now expected on June 9, 2023 (according to Paramount Studios). The first season of Strange New Worlds has finished, and the next new airing is the August 25th Lower Decks Season 3 premier. As Comic Con proceeds this weekend, we'll surely hear news of other upcoming shows, including Season 3 of Picard. HERE is a guide to the Star Trek Universe in Comic Con.
This may be rumor and not really news, but it's still fun: The show-runners of Strange New Worlds have reportedly talked to Jason Isaacs about the possibility of Captain Gabriel Lorca making an appearance on the show. It makes sense, as the show takes place at the same time as the first season as Discovery. Sounds like fun!
