I hope everyone is doing well. I have a few very important things to ask of you today:
If you haven't let me know that you're coming to our memorial for Jane on October 8th, please do. We are working with the venue to plan food (and budget) and we only have a few on the list at this point. I'm sure that more of you plan to be there. Thanks for dropping me a line at
Second, please try as hard as possible to sell Chuckwagon tickets. We know you're all busy, yet we need to plan for food and budget ASAP. At a minimum, buy your own tickets and let us know you're coming, then go out to friends and family later. Same thought about your auction items; let Roxanne know what you're planning. Thanks for your help with this - it really allows Pam, Roxanne and me to plan better!
Speaking of Jane's memorial, we have a few special things planned. We will honor Jane with several fine traditions, including the honorable Klingon death ritual. You are welcome to wear a costume or uniform of any kind, or not. Bring your memories and join us for a nice lunch.
