Become a Member of the USS Nokomis
Members of the Nokomis get access to all the information about where ALL the events are and when (not just the public ones). They get the monthly newsletter. When we make special member arrangements (passes or discount group rates), members are first in line. A membership in the Nokomis lasts a full year.
Why dues? We're entirely a group of volunteers, but keeping the wheels on the bus (or the nacelles on the Shuttlecraft) takes just a little money. Our annual dues cover access to the private postings on the website, production and distribution of the club's newsletter, and basics like office supplies and the occasional pan of brownies.

Of course if you're more comfortable using other payment methods, you can take care of dues when you're visiting us. Be sure to ask for our Science Officer (that's Treasurer in the real world) to get everything taken care of.
