{"id":35078,"date":"2024-10-14T12:00:35","date_gmt":"2024-10-14T17:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ussnokomis.org\/crew\/?p=35078"},"modified":"2024-10-03T16:24:22","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T21:24:22","slug":"chuckwagon-2024-work-assignments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ussnokomis.org\/crew\/chuckwagon-2024-work-assignments\/","title":{"rendered":"Chuckwagon 2024 Work Assignments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here's the overall schedule for the day of the Chuckwagon.\u00a0 Please click into the article to see the details.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SCHEDULE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SET UP TIME:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11:30 a.m. Arrive at American Legion.<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>Check in with Roxanne at the auction table with your auction item or items.<\/li>\n<li>11:40 a.m. If you are on a specific team please check in and help that team leader.\u00a0 If not please help with the set up for tables and decorations.\u00a0 Instructions are below.<\/li>\n<li>1:30 p.m. Hopefully everything will be done and we can sit down for a few minutes.\u00a0 People start arriving between 1:30 and 1:45 sometimes so we need to be prepared \u2013 with the auction especially.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SET UP:<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jim &amp; Team:<\/strong>\u00a0 Put Chuck Wagon together<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jim and Jack<\/strong>:\u00a0 Serve<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pam &amp; Lynne:<\/strong>\u00a0 Oversee and help all set up<\/li>\n<li><strong>Roxanne, Lynne:<\/strong>\u00a0 Set up welcome table, bake sale table and auction items.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lynne:<\/strong>\u00a0 Place Charity posters and table flyers on dinner tables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mary:<\/strong>\u00a0 Prepare coleslaw and other food items, keep food line stocked, set up and cut cake<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phill:<\/strong>\u00a0 Set up Sound System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Everyone Else:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help with table set up<\/li>\n<li>Stagger red and white checkered table cloths as we don\u2019t have enough.<\/li>\n<li>Decorations \u2013 One per table. Very fragile so pick up from bottom plate.<\/li>\n<li>Ask Mary if she needs help with Mary prep food \u2013 follow up during guests while eating to replenish bowls of food.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>During the Event<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Joann and Lynne<\/strong> could you Please move to stand by the auction tables at 3:30 p.m. so that no one can try to sign tickets after the auction closes.\u00a0 Lynne and Joann could you gather auction tickets also.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Everyone<\/strong>\u00a0pick up dirty dishes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Everyone <\/strong>make sure to talk to guests around you throughout the meal and auction and drawings. Remind them that tickets are available until the event closes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ending the Event<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4:00 p.m. Everyone chips in to clean up the room and take down the decorations.
