If you’re reading this, you are ahead of our schedule. We try to set our meetings about two months ahead. Please check earlier dates for locations that are already planned, or come back to this date closer to the scheduled date.
Our General Membership meetings are, in general, on the second Saturday of every month starting soon after Noon, with the following notable exceptions
- We generally skip the business meeting and celebrate together for the month of December
- We lay back a bit in July and August, having just one combined meeting if at all. The Governing Board officers will continue to meet every month
- One of our favorite events, MarsCon happens in March which pushes our meeting one week later.
We’ve been meeting in libraries and other public spaces most months unless there’s a special event or need.
For folks joining from afar or who appreciate some flexibility we will do our best to ZOOM even the In Person meetings. How that happens will depend on the room setup and how good the Internet connection is, we’ll do our level best.
