Thanks for volunteering for the National Lutheran Choir Gala this year. The order of events would have been:

2:30-3:30pm – Volunteer Training (detailed schedule will be sent next week)

3:30pm – All volunteers in place (to assist in registering singers, board members, VIP guests)

4:30pm – Event formally begins with Social Hour/Registration, Silent Auction, Wine Toss)

6pm – Volunteers eat together in Garden Court area (guests eating in the ballroom at this time)

7pm – Program begins in the Ballroom

8:30pm – On your way home
