Greetings, crew!
I hope you're having a good fall. Time is flying by as usual as life moves forward. It was heartbreaking to bid farewell to our friend Lucia in October. The lovely visitation party was attended by many friends, showing just how much she was loved. We will all move forward and never forget her or our other dear departed friends.
We had a great Zoo Boo season a Como Zoo this year and enjoyed interacting with the little kids and their families. We attended numerous Halloween parties thrown by family and friends too, which added fun to our fall season. After all this zooing and booing, I am looking forward to some time out of costume!
Now it's on the next holiday season. Our November starts with the monthly meeting, bake sale and auction. In December we're going to throw a bash for all of the local fan clubs including a dance party and pot luck. Then we have our formal evening in January, when we go to dinner and a play.
